ELS was founded by Brooke Hunter in 2017 with a mission to provide support for nonprofits and businesses motivated to create a positive social or environmental impact. 
Since then, we've worked with many organizations on a wide range of issues.

Brooke is an expert in nonprofit leadership, with a focus on increasing diversity in the workplace. Brooke has been working in nonprofit leadership, technology policy, and the arts for over twenty-five years. She brings her experience as a fundraiser, Executive Director, Chief Operating Officer, Chief of Staff, business advisor and project manager to her consulting practice. She holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Antioch University Los Angeles and a BFA from Loyola University New Orleans.
